I know you probably get this all the time…so my thank you may not mean much….but I truly truly truly thank you for what you do. I have referred many patients to you, I’m unsure of how many actually follow through when I tell them about you, but I also refer family friends as well and I do know of two families who have used you. When I told them about you they laughed and said “lice nanny? Is that real?” And I told them all of the things you taught me when I was there for a head check for my kids the first time. I am a hard working lady with two kids just trying to get by and I hate any interference…and when I found that bug in my hair today I lost it. All my education, all my common sense..all out the window. I just thought “how am I going to handle this on my own…?” And you calmly helped me….I truly appreciate what you do. And you always speak so highly of your family and they are so lucky to have someone like you…not just because of what you do for a living (although that’d be nice to have in the family ) but because someone who can so graciously offer her time and put her whole heart into making people feel good is a truly special person. I am so thankful that when I googled “what lice looks like” 3 years ago it showed me you.

We were getting ready for a family vacation when I discovered that both of my kids had head lice. I had been proactively checking throughout the school year but I didn’t truly understand what I was looking for until I found it. The morning we were supposed to leave I made a frantic call to Pam for help because I was so overwhelmed with the idea of trying to handle the situation on my own. Thankfully Pam returned my call immediately. I explained my situation and she was able to fit us into her schedule right away. She was able to calm me down over the phone and reassure me that everything would be okay. During the treatments, Pam was calm, professional and very good with my kids. She made the entire process a learning experience and armed with me so much information in order to deal with the problem. I’ve told everyone I know about The Lice Nanny so that if they are faced with the same thing they know who to call. Thank you for all you do!

As soon as I heard about a case of lice in my daughter’s classroom, I called The Lice Nanny…. She removed all of the lice and eggs without harsh chemicals! She made my daughter feel very comfortable and the delousing process was quick and didn’t hurt a bit even though my daughter has very long hair.
The Lice Nanny completely changed my view of lice with the thorough information about the little creatures and the steps to take to eliminate any loose hairs around the home to prevent reinfection. I have heard many sad stories about people struggling to get rid of these bugs. Fortunately for us, one treatment and the lice were gone! My daughter and I are both very grateful to have The Lice Nanny in our town. Lice is no longer a big deal!

You are a prayer answered! My family had been battling the bugs for over six months! I was at my breaking point and was desperate to try anything. Your valuable wisdom and experience saved the day! We are bug free and my family and I don’t have to live in fear. I am telling all my friends and I took your cards to my children’s school district. Everyone should know about you.
